Prelim letter sent as well as telephone harassment letter - currently getting 3 calls a day plus the odd sms too

Also sent CCA letter as after reading other threads I know I applied for the card on a 0% interesticon balance transfer offer and can't remember what I signed.

Was wondering which rejection letter to use as I've yet to send the lbaicon?

Letter from Barclaycard this morning offering a further goodwill gestureicon of £508.48 and the usual blah blah blah about their charges being fair and just.

In total thats £708.48 in goodwill gestures, my original claim was for £736 I'll accept that as a win.

Do I need to write tot hem to confirm my acceptance of their offer, there's nothing in the letter say so??

    Hi DP's.

    Excellent result and congratulations.

Check to ensure you receive the refund to your a/c.

Personally, I'd write to confirm I accept their offer to repay charges of £708 being a refund of penalty charges up to the date covered by your SOC.

Thread title will be changed for you.
