Hi,
I have recently received a penalty notice from Glasgow Parking at Tradeston Street in Glasgow. The street very pooly maintained, large chunks of the street have no yellow lines due to roadworks having been completed but lines not replaced.
Where lines are visible they are mostly broken up and are often hardly visible at all.
There are no signs anywhere on the street stating that parking is not allowed. Many people park on this street every day, it's always full of cars. Every few weeks a ticket inspector will ticket all of the cars in one fell swoop.
Are there expectations on local councils for them to upkeep parking restrictions signage for a ticket to become enforcebale?

Thanks for any advice.
Thannks.
Yes of couse there are. Would need pics to comment.
In this case gotta recommend you (also) post this over on the 'PePiPoo' forums. There are several Glasgow members there so specific knowledge and many Glasgow cases.
They will want pics and to see ALL of the pcn. Glasgow documents last seen were still non-compliant.
