Hi There To you all
I am having problems with claiming on my MBNA card which has payment protection with st andrews insurance.
who dont want to part with any cash.
what i am looking for, if anyone can help is a copy of the terms and conditions of the policy from 1998, who were covering the cards during this time, but where transffered to st andrews in 2001, and the terms and conditions were changed, and as i never agreed to someone taking over my PPI and i never was informed of this then i dont feel i am being fairly treated.please can someone help me.many thanks for your time.
Hi thanks for replying.
i am not sure about whether i asked for PPI back in 1998 thats why im trying to get hold of my original aggreement. but they dont want to give it to me they keep sending me an up to date terms and conditions for 2008. I dont know if anyone knows but st andrews new terms and conditions has now changed the meaning of the start date being " the date your agreement starts" to "the date your aggreements starts or if you apply for your insurance at any other time the date on which you apply your application is accepted by us.
well i know that when i applied for a credit card the terms and conditions did not say this, so it seems to me we are being ripped off to the extent of they actually dont want to pay out.
