Requested 72 months of statements only received 16
I recently sent a 'Subject access request' for 6 years of statements going back to Oct 2002, today I received an envelope with only 16 months of statements in it only going back to August 2007! and a foot note that said and I quote: "The Information we have enclosed relating to this account is ALL that we hold", and signed Joy Milner Customer Services.
Can someone please direct me to a suitable reply template to demand the rest of my statements which my 'Subject access request' initially requested and for which I paid the nessasary £10. Surely a company as big as Barclaycard hold records of statements going back further than 16 months!
