hi just recieved both my cca &statements from barclay card
the cca is not signed and i noticed that the late fees are only £12 on the cca i know this is wrong as i have paid £20 on late paymnets & £20 on over the limit fees'
2nd the next day i received my statements and a letter stating ie.
i regret that our systems do enable us to identify individual charges
the statements only start from the 11/11/2006 and no statements before that
could anyone guide me through this please

yes i sent £10 and got my statemnts back this week but only from the 01/11/2006 and none before that i have had this account since 2003
