Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Having advised CAB, I can no longer afford cc payments, as I'm now out of work, should I continue to just pay a £1 token offer to them, to show at least the effort of making a payment or just pay nothing until I receive (if any) the CCA's I have requested.
yh, have no probs with a token payment, just thought if I make a payment, however small, its better than nothing and may go in my favour to show I have at least continued to pay, considering I am now on JSA and have no feasible way of making minimum monthly payments.
