Prelim letter sent 4/7/06, claiming £456 in overdraft fees over 4 years.

Recieved response on Saturday (15/7/06), asking for a list of charges for which I'm claiming, including date, amount and reason for charge.

I had already included this in my first letter, though I hadn't put the reason for charge on the list. Basically, it's a delaying tactic.

Reply sent today (17/7/06). Next letter will be lba.
