    Default the bank that likes to say yes,i right

    I am fighting a losing battle here with Lloydsicon tsb bank,i have sent them 2nd template letter regarding PPIicon insurance sold to me with my loan in 1999.i also wrote i am currently having financial difficulties and would like my case dealt with straight away.posted letter on 28/08/08 and have not received letter back yet.where is justice in that.where do i go from here.help would be much appreciated please.

    DCAs

    Lowells/Capital One - no CCA - gone away £1500
    Lowells/MBNA - no CCA - gone away £10K
    Abbey - no CCA - £3.5K
    CL Finance - 3 court claims re GE storecards 2 withdrawn, 1 hanging by a thread
    Hillesden/DLC re Barclaycard - ongoing battle re validity of CCA - £3.5K
    Clydesdale - charges more than balance - valid CCA:o - onto 4th DCA so far

    Welcome to the PPIicon forum

    Please remember to always send any letters to them recorded delivery and keep the receipts, they have the tracker number on them and you can check on the royal mail website to ensure when the received, you can even print of the acceptance signatureicon, for proof of delivery. So If they deny receiving any letter, you have proof:grin:

    Before you resend your letter to them can you tell us a bit more about your case please, we maybe able to assist you
