Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi Guys, Plz excuse any mistakes I make, I'm a noob and keep up this excellent work!!!
Some background: I had a qute severe accident which has kept me off work for 6 months and will do for at least another 4 months. I lost 70% of my income and some bones! That's when the problems started. The NR started recovery proceeding and I found you!
I have followed your excellent advice and have received a response from Northern Rock with the attached agreement. My question is: is it valid?
I noticed there is no cancellation info (set up online), no cooling off period mentioned, no order of allocation of payments for defaults, no t's and c's. Minor things like the figures are calculated on 5.604% not 5.7% so the figures are n't accurate.
I have blanked some info which is correct.
Does this make a difference? What should I do now? Many thanks in advance
