B&B are currently refunding failed DD and SO charges with very little argument.

Quote your investment account number and ask for a refund of all charges applied to your account in the last 6 yearsicon.

In a few days you will get an offer of a partial refund. Refuse the offer and you will then get an offer of the full amount and a form to sign to accept the offer.

They are currently dealing with these very quickly so this could give some customers a nice bit of spending money for Christmas.
