Thread: £25 Administration Charge Pipex

I am a month late in my pipex broadband bill and am experiencing some financial diffuculty. Today I have recieved a £25 admin charge!

This on top of £300 pounds worth of Halifax charges for going no more than £50 overdrawn!

This is annoying and can i do anything about it?
