My husband had 2 loan with RBS through Sainsburys we started a claim back in Sept 2007 after 2 letters they are still refusing to pay up the last letter from them was in Jan 2008. In March we had a big move to Germany and things got forgotten/ put on hold we approached the Financial Ombusmen 3 weeks ago but they say as its over 6 month they cannt do anything, is there any thing else we could do? Thanks
Hi yr - it looks as though you stopped taking any action after you had sent the second letter. Obviously, your good intentions went on the back burner because of your move. I would start the process again - and this time follow it all the way through
