Default Barclays Reserve Usage Fee - petition for FOS?

I saw an article on This Is Money website, which says that CAGicon is going to send a complaint to the fosicon with regards to Barclaysicon attemptin to circumvent the unfair charges with providing a 'service' in their personal reserve. I for one am one of those that are WORSE off with this and would liek to make a complaint but don't know a) if the mass one from here is sent off yet (I can't find it) and b) how do I go about making my copmplaint on my own if needed? Do I have to go to Barclasys first before the FOS will go near me?

You need to complain to Barclaysicon first and exhaust their complaints procedure before the fosicon will get involved.

Can't help with the mass complaint though.

It must be borne in mind that the fosicon will probably assign complaints against banks to adjudicators who were once bank employees meaning that the complainant is unlikely to get a reasonable review of the complaint

Or it might be that since Barclaysicon introduced these fees in August 2008 that is takes time for the FOS to actually be able to fully analyse the nature of complaints and what the main issues of this which can take between 12 to 18 months. Considering that PPIicon complaints gets almost 100% success rate, then your comments can only be born out of a lack of reading on the subject. I suggest you educate yourself and read more on the subject.
