Default Is this a proper PPI Agreement?

Can someone please advise whether the attached document is a proper PPIicon agreement as Barclaysicon suggest? I have requested my documents twice now, the initial S.A.R. with £10 was sent in on 1st Nov and still only this one document has been sent to me! What is my next step?:?

Does anyone think this looks like a bit of copy and pasting? I've had a good look at it in Photoshop and the type looks different from the rest of the document?

without prejudiceicon (lol). It was merely an observation as some finance people have been known to 'doctor' a document. I was mildly surprised that there was no opt-out clause for that particular paragraph which was what prompted the initial examination.

    Hello Jendoc,

Is this what they sent you as a copy of your credit agreement for a ??? barclay credit card. Looks like a pre-contractual application form to me
There are a few points for discussion

Where are the prescribed terms required by law, ie the credit limit, interesticon rate etc etc.

As far a the ppi goes it was applied, giving you no option
