Thread: Egg Loan Repayment Protection

Hi, I have had some loans in the past where I was told to take payment protection which would help with the decision for the application.

Since the loans have been settled. Is there anything that we can do about this???

Yes ,send a SAR to the company, requesting all information .
This should give you evidence of mis selling/how the loan was sold

1st loan was over the phone then 2nd time i took it was a top up online which they automatically added it...after topping up and the loan was set up i removed it...

but when initially took loan over the phone i didnt remove until after the top up so i would have paid PPI premiums...

Thats good, the phone call should(!) be recorded and a recording or transcript should be sent with your SAR to you.
