hi i wrote to barclay on 14/10/08 requesting a signed true copy of my credit agreement enclosed the one pound fee heard nothing.i then wrote 0n the 3/11/08 stating i did not acknowledge any debt to them as they have failed to send me a true signed copy of my agreement still heard nothing. i wrote to them13/11/08 reminding them i have wrote requesting the above and that they where obliged to send me what i was requesting under the cca i did state in this third letter that they may also consider this as a statuary notice under section 10 of the data protection act to cease processing data in relation to my account with immediate effect still heard nothing . what could happens next ,and what are my next steps

Dolly you havent said so I'll ask have you stopped paying or are you continuing to pay the minimum amount at least?
If youre still paying then thats why nothing has happend I guess... Barclaysharks dont really care what you write/say so long as you continue paying. If you want to send them the account in default notice and then cancel the DD and they *should* take notice.
If you've stopped paying and nothing has happened then surely thats a win/win situation at the moment
