Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have been reading this web site all morning and it is full of useful information, so thank you very much. However my recent application to teh county court has been stayed and I am looking for advice on what to do next. I see that many of the posts re. stays are dated 2006 and 2007. Has anything changed since then? Am I best to submit the stay bundle and asked for my case to be heard?
