Default stays: what is the situation in Nov 2008?

    Hello,

I have been reading this web site all morning and it is full of useful information, so thank you very much. However my recent application to teh county courticon has been stayed and I am looking for advice on what to do next. I see that many of the posts re. stays are dated 2006 and 2007. Has anything changed since then? Am I best to submit the stay bundle and asked for my case to be heard?

    Thanks,
    Stephen.

The current waiver extends to 26th Jan 2009, but this is expected to be extended (probably for another 6 months)

Unless you are in financial hardship, it's just a waiting game

Thanks. Is it worth sending the application to lift the stay, including the bundle of documents listed on this site, or do most applications fail?
