    aologies that I have posted this twice. I had posted it on the DCAicon thread and realised that it might not be relevant to the discusion there. if the mods want to close this its ok.... sorry for the inconvenience..... its just that i'm fired up at the mo and can't wait to get the ??????? into court

    Anyone had any dealings with Scotcall a DCA for the RBOS ?

    my son had a loan which I am sure was mis-soldicon he was only on £50/week at college and they gave him £1000 loan........Somehow it has grown to nearly £4000

    I'm about to start a CCA just for fun, then a DPA in earnest

    any views?

    The Scotcall person has less rights than a Pizza delivery boy or the Milkman There is a letter in the templates section you can send to Scotcall and hand out to whoever comes.

    Scotcall won't be the ones who take you to court, it will be the original company (OC) via solicitors. Scotcall ARENT solicitors and have no legal powers to initiate court proceedings.

    This is nothing more than a tribute to one of the top debt recovery men of our time and is why Scotcall is where it is now and we all no where that is.
