    Default UKCPS ticket

    Hello everyone!
I've been reading around this forum for two nights running now after receiving a notice from UKCPS the other day.

Anyway...! So far I have resisted temptation to pay it and forget, following the adivce on this forum, and pepipoo. Am I right to leave it, let them write to me and continue to ignore it, or should I reply to their letters using the standard letters above? Or, has there been some rapid change in the law that makes this legal now, or some precedent that UKCPS will use against me?

You're help is very much appreciated!! Thanks

    I'd ignore them.

There is no precedent and the law has not changed.

Small claims court does not set a precedent. Chances victory before that case were 5% and chances after the case are still 5%.

Excel lost a case the other day. Interestingly it was where the victim paid the ticket, took *them* to court to get the money back and succeeded.
