Purchased an LG Viewty from buymobilephones.net in August, handset becomes faulty. buymobilephones tell me i have to claim through LG.
Send off to LG on the 12 month warranty. LG lose phone but find it two weeks later, finally send it back to me SIX weeks after handset becomes faulty.
Open package to find handset has not been repaired as it falls out of the LG warranty as its a "Foreignunit"? Speak to Lg, they say it was purchased abroad, i lose my rag with LG stating the company purchased it from is based in UK. LG say handset must have been imported by buymobilephones.net!
Argghhhh! Trying to contact buymobilephones.net but cant get through or im number 25 in the queue!! At this point i have become extremely p1ssed off, on a £45 a month contract which hasnt been used for six weeks and no on can help me.
Anyway, rant over... where do i stand on this? If the phone company come back to me saying they cant do anything am i totally screwed? Ive just lost the will to argue anymore!!
