    Default Reclaiming cc charges

    Hi all,
On receipt of statements, I sent a prelim to BC claiming full charges plus interesticon. 3 days later I checked my account and they had repaid the difference between charge and £12 but a week later I haven't received a letter from them about this but have had a statement through.
Could someone link me the correct lbaicon letter in anticipation of their bog standard reply. I have looked aroung but can't find one.

    Many thanks in advance,
    cbd13
