this is to inform dat ABN Amro bank has not sent me the credit card statement and i have registered a complaint with bank for non receipt of statement 2 days prior to due date and they confiemed that u make payment upon the reciep of statement but despite of my several complaints they had not sent me statement morover there recovery agencies harrased me by abbusing and calling daily and levied late payment charges of 650 also plz help me wat to do

1.Did you ask for the statements using an SAR ?
2.Did you send the 10.00 fee for it ?
3.Who are the collectors asking for payments ?
