Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have got a 2004 Ford Mondeo TDCi and although its running fine at the moment (touch wood) I do a lot of miles and think I should get a warranty. I have got quotes from several companies and they vary hugely and all cover different things, some say they cover wear & Tear some cover electrics some don't etc.
I have raed that there are a lot of problems with mondeo diesel having flashing coil lights and this seems to be due to a variety of things including sensors so ideally I want cover that includes them.
Does anyone have any advice on which companies or which policies?
I have never bought a warranty before so have no idea who is reputable and who will not pay out on claims.
The only one that appears any good is the one run by the AA; £65/year for up to £500 cover, no quiblewear and tear included. All others are not worth the paper they are printed on. Of course you have tpo belong to the AA though.
