Hi all.
I'm asking what action I can take to help me. I have placed a order for £250 of clothes from a online catalogue shop.
I came home from work last night to find a note saying "over the side gate" but there was no package. I asked the neighbours to see if it was put over there gate and it hadn't.
I called the company and they told me to call back after 10 days to see if my package turns up. But with having the note saying it was left I dont think it will.
What could happen if the driver did leave the package over the gate, there is a bus stop right outside my house that a local school uses anyone could of seen this driver drop of my delivery.
