Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
We have a house and a field on seperate titles. Pension Credit have decided that it is to be classed as capital and they therefore have suspended our pension credit claim because they say we could sell the land. Apart from the fact that no-one would want to buy a field in th middle of nowhere - we dont want to sell it particularly. \We use it to grow vegetables and fruit trees - and this has bought us anothr problem because it is classified as agricultural land and we are in effect then using it as garden which is not allowed under planning regs! Does anyone have any experience of this? All tips gratefully received.
