I recently sent a S.A.R to Barclaycard to reclaim the PPI premiums I have paid over the last 5 years, this is what they sent me back: Please read photobucket attachments.
During the phone call to process my application I was led to believe by the call agaent that this Insurance was compulsary in order to aquire the Credit Card! Also I was never asked about any pre-existing medical conditions which would invalidate any medical cover, and which I have quite a few!
Yes...But they inform me they are just sending a copy of the Barclaycard Application form showing that I chose to take out the PPI. Even though I have asked for ALL the info they hold regarding this policy!
So did you send the SAR request at the same time as you sent the complaint?
If so they still have time left to send you the information. If you want to clarify with them that as well as the agreement you are expecting all the other information you could do.
