i am in need of some desperate help!!
i started a claim against Lloyds at the beginning of the year and been so busy with new baby and job and house etc ( i know i dont do things by halves) lol
i done all the letters and then threatened them with court got the forms for court then left it so i am wanting to pursue again now and just wondering wether i need to start off again with the 1st reclaiming letter or do i continue wat i started i am just worried if i continue where i left off b4 they will throw that bk at me so if i got to do it all again thats fine i would rather and be correct so please any help greatly appreciated
