I have not defaulted on payments with egg, so wondering the best way to go.
If I do a SAR should I get everything back including the CCA?
I take it even though I have not defaulted, if they can't produce a CCA the debt is unenforcable?
Which approach do you think i should go for first CCA or SAR?
