I suffer with stress and depression and have been trying to lodge a claim against BOS for PPI a few years now and the last thing i did was send off a SAR in march which they haven't replied to, because of my depression i find it extremely hard to formulate and get the motivation to do letters and even though its just templates i still haven't done anything about it, its not because i am lazy or anything, i just become numb and cant deal with it and get really anxious and cant deal with it, all i need is someone who knows what to do who could maybe act as a motivator for me, to give me nudges so to speak as this is the biggest cause of my depression too so i end up going in circles, is anybody out there? does anyone understand
