    Default Can I claim again?

    Got paid out last year by Halifaxicon, can i claim again? They charged me £105 in a week. Plus £29 for un-authorised OD. Don't they know i beat them before!?

    just looking at my old letter templates, they don't seem so relevant, as i've done it before, should i say something like, "you are still charging me unfairly after my previous claim" ? Or if someone knows a fitting template i could use? Cheers.

    Hi,

    I'd just send them the standard letters, not sure if they'll give a jot if you've claimed before.

    I won 3 claims against them, they never mentioned the other claims once ( well now I think about it they did, with my last claim they actually paid me for 6 yearsicon when I only claimed for 5, being in Scotland I thought that was very decent of them )
