I'd be interested in what you receive back as I took out an Egg card around the same time as your wife. They recently replied to my CCA request (took them 14 working days to do so) with an Agreement that was freshly printed out, on the same stationery as the cover letter - that referred to the Agreement as being signed - and yet it was not signed by anybody.
Not sure if this was just incompetence or a standard way of replying to the first request, or if no Agreement really exists.
