I have read some interesting posts on terminating agreements, however none seem to have fully answered my question....
In order to terminate a HP agreement, must I pay the 50 (which my agreement states) before or after I terminate.
I have made only 4 payments yet wish to hand the car back and pay the 50%. Shall I pay the difference now then subsequently write to them to terminate or do I terminate, hand the car back and expect a bill for the 50% (less payments already made).
