my son brougth a car from garage,waited for them to do a mot ,got a phone couple of days later ,was told chassis i no goog car a write off .he did not even get the keys what can he do,please help paid £7600
Welcome to CAG. Just to clarify: your son paid £7600 for a car but never took delivery because the garage were doing an MOT which it failed?
If so, do what Hammy says -ask for a refund.
