    Default clearly signed no ppi

hi,what would you do here,i had a loan in 2003 and i signed for the PPIicon, but i was self employed and all the other reasons why it was mis sold to me,i paid this loan off in 2005,then took another loan with he same bank out in 2006 and after getting the cca,s and s.a.r,the cca for the second loan is clearly signed stateing i acknowledge the loan will not be covered by ppi but monthly payments have been taken out for the ppi,so do i need to claim the ppi back as individual claims or if i could would it be better to try and claim them as one,due to the fact i signed that i didn,t want it and they added it on even when i signed no to ppi on the second one.

    Hello tiger,

I would be looking to reclaim back both loans. If your feel that the 2003 was mis-sold for self employment and other reasons, get after them. They may be difficult about this one, as the fosicon may not investigate this matter.

The 2006 is a definate mis-sold, mis-applied without your consent and this one they will pay up one without a fight. I would imaginge
