Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Glad I left them.
However theyll be after me for the o/d and other account they messed up.
Got the impression last time I was in the branch that things were changing. Member of staff said on benefits, you shouldnt have took out a loan with us, your not earning. They used my benefits award form to prove income.
I wonder how long it is before they close down other accounts, those not wanted.
Though seriously, not fair to bring in charges like they have, through the back door, offers, rewards, seems a load of rubbbish to those on low income. Dont think I'll be using the lost luggage insurance their offereing.
Bye bye shabby Abbey.....
