Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Hi everybody
First timer
Really need some advice reference the UnCo-operative Bank ref a credit card I had with them since 1998.
I have been a follower of your site for some weeks now and I really need some help as they are taking me to court to obtain a charging order on my home.
I wrote to them requesting my CCA and also all the info they hold under the Data Protection Act. I have received back the attached and firstly wondered if these are CCA agreements and are they enforceable? One of the copies is totally illegible - their T&C's.
They sent me a termination letter but neither this nor any default notice is in the Data Protection Act pack. Does this matter?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
