Advice would be appreciated. We can remortgage anytime now as we are not tied in to the mortgage anymore. I am going to wait until January and hopefully we should get a good rate. My question is will we now be able to get on to ' high street ' lending ?? we have been with redstone on a libor rate plus 2.5% so any other deal must be better. I have £250 left to pay on a ccj in hubbys name ( will clear this by mid january) This will then show 3 satisfied CCJ's and there will be about 5 defaults that are almost ready to drop off the credit file................... so the credit file really looks ok. All mortgage payments up to date also .
