pb's wife v egg
. 8 days from start to finish. However, they want to credit my wife's account (an account that they closed along with thousands of others). Although we still owe Egg money, can we request a cheque on the grounds that its her money? The amount to be refunded would not entirely clear what we still owe to Egg, so at least it will reduce it considerably. Any help much appreciated.
