I would appreciate any advice on this please.
I would like to make a claim against Tesco. I am based in Northern Ireland.
In total Tesco owe my family over £8K, there are 4 of us and amounts range from £3.5K to £1.5K
I wanted to know can we make the claim together or does it need to be done individually and does this apply to a husband and wife or can we claim together? We all live at the same address.
If Im not claiming through the small claims court as Im personally owed the £3.5K, then what court do I need to caim through?
