Default Excel stuffed in court again

Just heard that Excel have lost another case in court.

I have just got back from court and I owe you big time as I won against Excel Parking - they did turn up and had sent volumes through as defence but I won on unfair contract terms and Excel not being able to demonstate any kind of loss as they were acting for local shops therefore there was no loss to them directly.
Another bloody nose for Simon Renshaw-Smith.

Nice one, I hope Perky is watching. Suddenly his fluke "victory" (relying on a CAGicon post for evidence) is put in perspective. Interested in seeing more details of this case, which sounds to have been hard fought by the PPC.

See how nobody gives a stuff because it's par for the course. Perky's thread waffled on and on for days.

Chances of a loss in court with a proper defence are miniscule - hence why we won't hear from Perly for a while because he won't dare to try again. Two victories in a row are just too unlikely.

Sounds like contract to me as "Unfair Contract terms" was used in the original post. It would be nice to get full details though.

BTW Are you watching Perky? Are you watching?
