    Not surprised either. I've also previously noted that if they don't even know whether the people being licensed are illegal immigrants or not then they can't be checking anything about them. It's just a charade to give the illusion of regulation.

    Not surprised that this is the case. As far as clamping is concerned the SIA
    are clearly not up to regulating the industry nor does seem to exercise it's powers in other areas.
