Default Re: Virgin.Mobile /Virgin.Media I need Help And Advise Please !

Could someone please advise me on what I should do about my Virgin Media account. A couple of months ago, I changed from virgin media to go over to sky, as sky were offering me a better deal. I had been with NTL since round about 2003, prior to it being taken over by virgin, and was paying £25 pound a month for 4 meg broadband, and £35 pounds a month for TV services. Sky had offered me a much better deal TV,Phone and broadband for £30 pounds a month with the option of going to sky unlimited talk for an extra £5 a month which I did, It was only after speaking to customer services at sky that I was told that because my phoneline couldnt support more 2meg for my broadband then my broadband would be free. So you can imagine how incensed I felt at the thought of paying so much for my broadband to Virgin for a service that I feel I wasnt even getting, over all those years!!! I am just wondering where I stand legally as now I am getting letters from debt companies on behalf of Virgin Media threatening to take me to court on an outstanding balance of £254.48p for tv and broadband services that I have had, in the letter that they have sent me, the company thats dealing with the debt recovery have said that they can seizeicon my bank account, remove goods from my home, charging order on your notice (not entirely sure what that means) and register a default. I also suffer with Epilepsy so the worry and stress of all this is making my condition worse, and I would appreciate any help and advice anyone can give me because I am at my wits end with this now.
