hi,I have a disputed and unfair charge from Carphone warehouse in the recent bill which i think i am not responsible for.The CWP has reached the final decision and i had been threatened to pay the bill or i will received legal letter from them.The charge occured due to the incorrect advise from their salesman which they regard the ADVISE the salesman given is CORRECT which is totally untrue and vagueThey said that his salesman had CORRECTLY ADVISED at the point of sale which is totally untrue.The salesman is totally unaware there will be a charge on the old sims card while he advising me as he told me he had no idea that the charge will be going to happen on this way.Furthermore,the salesman had told me that I can use both my sims card on the new iphone, the new sims card is just to activate the iphone and wait for the old number to transfer into it.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the outcome of the
investigation and the response given to you by the Area Sales Manager. I
do apologise for the inconvenience caused and can appreciate the
frustration this may cause.

I will have to confirm that you are liable for the charges and was
confirmed in store that you were told to insert new sim and connect to
Itunes. Therefore the store is not liable for the charges and you will
need to contact o2icon customer service to discuss how you are going to make
payment for the outstanding amount. As this has now been confirmed by
the Area Sales Manager, I am not able to assist further or have his
decision changed.
