I've started this thread as I'm having probs with Egg concerning a PPI claim.

Does anyone else have the same?

They have rejected my first letter claim.

What reason did you put for mis-selling? What reasons did they give for rejecting your claim?

Get your second letter ready to be fired off to them.

I am having a problem with Egg ,their first fob off letter has sent me straight to the fos and they (egg) didn't address half my complaints for mis selling.
