This is Anirban sarker,I bought from carcraft VauxhallZafira BP07AVW on 02/09/10.
The Car Windscreen price was £9,199.I got discount £699(onmy old car Volvo Exchange), which made car price £8,500.I paid £1,000 cash forthis car. So, Loan amount came 7,500. Car craft saying that time they didn’t able to get same amount of loanfrom one company. That is why they gave me two loans. I am paying two loans forthis car. One is from the Black Horse 177.29 for 60 months, another one fromAll in One Finance 75.43 for 60 months.
As you can see I am paying premium £252.72 for 60 monthsterm.
My car has five year warranty from Nac.
Unfortunately, my car started problem in Gearbox on Dec. 7th2011, when I change the gear it made okward sound from engine.
I brought my car to Carcraft Service Darlaston on 8thDec. 2011.
After 2 weeks the person name Barry informed me that theyhave to change the Gearbox clutch and at first wanted me to pay for it. Whetherhe is not sure where the problem is. He just wanted to see if he replaced thatsuch part and if it is fixed or not.
I refused to pay for replacement such parts, as I have mywarranty and told them they should contact with my warranty to replace suchparts of Gearbox. They contacted with Nac Warranty. And Nac approved it.
Anyway that is not issue now. Just informing you what ishappened from the begin.
I phoned Carcraft Service Darlaston today 5th Dec.They informed me clearly that they changed such parts of Gearbox. But, stillCar has same problem.
They didn’t rectify the problem yet. And they can’t sayanything on that. So, there is uncertainty again.
It is almost 4 weeks’ time the Car is with them. And theydidn’t have clue where is the fault.
And they can’t say anything right now as again they didn’table to rectify problem.
If Car can be fix they should give me at least courtesy car.It is now nearly one month my Car is in Darlaston Service.
If Car cannot be fix they should replace me a new car orthey should give my money back everything I paid for this Car and still I ampaying.
I just can’t hang like this and listening to them that theycan’t say anything, as problem reason cannot be found still.
I faced too much problem for these issues.

Dear Anirbar,Firstly i would like to apologise that you are having issues with your vehicle, however, after speaking to the service department they are doing their utmost to locate the fault.I believe that they replaced the clutch kit under you NAC Guarantee, as they thought that this would cure the issue, unfortunately it hasn't and now they have to work through a process of elimination.I have asked them about a courtesy car for you so you won't be inconvenienced anymore and they have put you on the waiting list and will supply you with one as soon as possible, unfortunately we do not have one available at present. I have asked the service department to keep me updated, as soon as i hear anything new i will be in touch with you.Kind regardsLinzi
It is almost one month now Darlston Carcraft working on it.Thay should not put me on waiting list for courtesy car.
By next Friday,please give me complete solution.If you cant fix the car, replace the car.If you cant replace the car please give my money back.As your product and service not satisfactory.

I have just had to get the fos involved in my situation. I bought a Vauxhall Astra on the 4th of May from the Rochdale showroom, in return they took my fiesta and settled the finance on that car that day (so I was told!). We were also told we would receive £600 cash back and that the finance was between 2 companies. I have not received the cash back, the finance on the fiesta was not settled that day and I'm also paying £24,000 for a car worth about £10,000. So not only have carcraft not kept their side of the agreement but i have paid for a car i do not have. Impressed with your service? No! Would I suggest your company to anyone? Most certainly not!
I am owed £845 from carcraft. I have been on hold, told someone would call me back, told emails have been sent and gotten nowhere in getting my money. The first payment on this car is due in about 2weeks (£409) and I have no money to pay that as no one seems to be able to do anything without someone else there. I am getting to the point where I will be visiting the showroom again and I will not be leaving until the situation is resolved whether that means you taking the car back and giving me my fiesta or you paying the small mortgage on the Astra.
In my opinion carcraft is a rip off and should no longer be able to operate without full investigation from consumer regulators and proper training given to staff.
