Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.

Have you paid? Ask for a Breakdown of fees from the bailiffs if so, if the vehicle was not removed question the attendance to remove (if the vehicle was clamped and you paid) and try not to ignord any more. If there was a good reason for ignording, you can try and put that forward, but if you have paid the best you can do is mitigate the loss.
