TY for the heads up 42 man but that license is for Marlin only not this bunch, spoke at length to the FSA and they searched thier database for me on associate companies etc and could not find anything, as I said in the PM I have written asking for a copy of their license or their registration number lets see what comes of it, thats if i get a reply lol
I think a lot of them have registered different names under the same addresses - ''We give you notive that on XXX 2008 Pheonix Recoveries (UK) Limited S.a.r.l, acting in the name and on behalf of its Compartoment 'Potomac Recoveries' by an assigment acquired all rights, in, to and under your above account and become the creditor to whom you owe the current outstanding balance of £XXXX
Marlin Financial remains insructed to adminisiter your account and any legal action already taken against you will be continued in the name of the creditor. You should contact Marlin immediately so that we can agree payment terms with you.
