Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I took out a barclaycard late 2007 and i have had quite a few charges of 12 pound for late payment fees and also overlimit fees.
I have tried to claim these back but they have said that as my agreement started after april 2007 i can not claim them back.
Now i told them that when the judge made the decision in court the 12pound fee was just a guide line so that you can reclaim all of the fee back. But they have said that due to my terms and conditions being signed after April 2007 i have a different set of terms to the people whos card was taken out before April 2007 so i cant reclaim them back but if my agreement was signed before april 2007 i could poss reclaim them back.
Does any1 know if this is correct? and do you know what the difference in the terms and conditions are?
