Default Why do I have to fill in IB50 yet again?

I'll keep it short as possible, thanks for reading.

Ok, I get Incapacity Benefit for Clinical Depression and damagae to the upper thoracic region (neck). Recently I got sent the 'lets try and catch you out' IB50 form by the DSS which then went on to me having to do a medical (they get me to do one every year;Ive been on it for 3 years).

I went to the medical where the Dr was too busy trying to be a Comedian than get his job done. I've now been sent another IB50 by the 'Medical Services' (the copmpany that employ these wannabe Dr's to interview you on behalf of the Dole) and in their letter it even says I may be asked to do another medical ! Are they having a laugh or what?

What's my rights? This is digusting.

They generally hope that you get that fed up of filling out IB50 and jumping through their various other hoops that you will decide it isn't worth the hassle

Think yourself lucky I have been to about 6 medicals in the last 8 years, and got my last PCA and medical only 7 months ago and have just been sent ANOTHER PCA with a chance for another medical, they sure are trying to get us off benefits. What really pees me off is my condition is long term and is the same 8 years ago as it is now, so they could just look at the last 6 PCA forms and medicals to find out what this 7th one will be.
