Finally received my cca (I use the term loosely!)

Absolutely identical to the cca received for my visa account, must be photocpying them by the thousand, as the smudge marks are identical on both 'cca's'

    Hi Beachy,

Have you sent them a Non-Compliance letter re their failure to provide data required by your SARicon.

Are you going to try the CPR route for the Credit Agreement.

    Hi Slick,

It's a yes to both questions - can't see an alternative way of getting the info.

I'd pursue the SARicon non-compliance matter - have you looked at making a complaint to the IC Office.

.....or at issuing court proceedings to force them to respond.

Fair to say I'll take whatever course of action in order to get the information they do or do not hold on me.

The way things are going with their recent job losses it'll be a case of last one out turn the lights off!

PS. Seeing as it has taken since 31/10 for them to send the cr@p that I received yesterday and the fact that I have already sent them lbaicon (ignored), I should really seriously consider going to court.

Following sending a second dispute/non compliance letter regarding my CCA & SARicon, I have just received ................. what for it!

ANOTHER SET OF T&C's - exactly the same as post #3 on this thread.

Complaint made to ICO (as per my other barclaycard thread).

    Bit of an update

Up until last nite 597 calls from barclaycard/mercers inspite of countless letters telling them the account is now in dispute due to them failing to supply me with my copy of cca (all sent recorded) already had 4 calls this morning so now have gone thro' the 600) - all logged date time & number & all blocked so they are wasting their time in ringing.

If I dont bring the account up to date immediately they 'may' start proceedings & obtain a charging order on our property, contact my employer and have an attachment to earnings or employ a local DCAicon to call and collect the money - even though they have failed to provide my copy of the cca.

Beachy scores his first reclaim victory

Sent off prelim. letter last week & just received letter back from Barclaycard :-

'We feel our charges are fair, but as a gesture of goodwillicon and without liability we will refund the full amount + the 8% interesticon as stated in your letter' (£236).

Not a great amount but encouragement to carry on the fight with others.

    Hiya Slick,

Thanks, a small victory I know but boosts my confidence to 'persue' others.

Still doesnt clear the balance but PPIicon reclaim is next with this one, wont be as easy I'm sure as intend to add compound interesticon this time.

Haven't given up on the cca request by any means, just done my complaint to the ICO with regards to my SARicon.
